Our client is recruiting a Telesales Account Manager for their team due to expanding. The role is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and the salary is £25,000- £27,000 depending on experience.
You will need transport to get to the location.
Responsibilities for this Telesales role
- Contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media to generate interest in and sell our products.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Update CRM and database systems.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Manage incoming & outgoing telephone calls.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Engage prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce its products and relevant promotions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients whilst keeping them updated on new releases and exciting offers.
- Effectively communicate the brand story behind our beers to create a positive lasting impression.
Skills and Experience
- Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel.
- Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters and situations.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- An understanding of working in a target driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and secure long-term relationships.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of customer enquiries and requests.
- Proficiency in using sales tools to track, progress and maintain accurate records.
