Our client is recruiting for a Service Operations Manager to support performance of one of their divisions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that wants a new challenge where you can implement change and oversee projects. The core part of the role will be ensuring compliance is up to date and that standards and procedures are integrated into the Management System.
Responsibilities
- Management of the Service Division
- Overseeing efficient Stock Management
- Oversee Stock movement (goods in/goods out) procedures.
- Data Analyse KPIs
- Oversee training and development plans for service division.
- Attend off site meetings with customers.
- Carry out internal audits of policies and procedures within the Integrated Management System
- Create and complete Corrective Action Plans following any non-conformances found within the Servicing Division Procedures and documents.
- Operational support for the whole service division
- Manage and report on feedback (customer) and investigate route cause and preventive action.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Visits to see clients
Desired Experience
- Support the business Integrated Management System and contribute toward the Risk & Opportunities Register.
- Knowledge of targets, strategies, and key performance indicators
- Management of people
- Management of stock
This position will be working from the office full time, there is no Hybrid working. The position is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. In return our client is paying a salary of £45,000 p/a
