We are looking to recruit several Sales Support Administrators to join our client on a full time, permanent basis. This role is based in Knaresborough and is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow and develop within a business.
The candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service and administrative support, delivering a smooth and efficient process. Our client prides themselves on delivery and outstanding customer service. This role would be suited to a candidate who has a passion for engaging with customers and can multitask.
In return our client is paying a salary of £23,051 with £28,000 OF OTE with a guarantee for three months to ensure a salary of £25,000. There is a very attractive benefit package which includes:

Responsibilities:
- Speaking to customers and companies on the phone 60% of the day
- Following up on paperwork
- Process payments online.
- Complete any documentation necessary to meet requirements.
- Ensure all documentation and customer files are saved and circulated in line with company procedure.
Customer/other related duties -
- Act as a main point of contact and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
- Liaise with external accountants
- Keep team updated on progress of work
- Respond to and resolve all queries promptly.
- Liaise with the Account Managers
You will also work toward KPI'S and take personal responsibility for achieving target.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30 pm.
