Our client based on the outskirts of York are looking for a Sales Co-ordinator. The role is working Monday - Friday, 8.30am -5pm. The main purpose of the role is to accurately process and maintain all their Purchase Orders received from customers, this also includes invoicing.
Other responsibilities:
- Processing purchase orders from customers to Sales Order and inputting onto their CRM
- Manage Sales Orders up to and including invoicing, working with suppliers and warehouse to achieve agreed delivery dates
-Liaise with all departments including production and to deliver installs on time
- Maintain accurate inventory levels on the CRM and processing orders and installs
-Price up parts for customers.
