Our well-established client located on the outskirts of Wetherby are recruiting a Sales & Customer Service Administrator. This office-based Administrator will be responsible for customer service support and coordination of the sales team. Dealing with inbound customer enquiries efficiently whilst providing administrative support for the sales representatives. Including but not limited to handling of sales enquiries & communications, appointment booking, and customer/quote follow up. Strong organisational skills are a key part of this role, as well as adaptability. Training will be provided. The salary is up to £28,000 p/a depending on experience. Working hours are 8.30am – 5pm, a total of 40 hours per week. This is an office-based position with no hybrid working.
Other responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Prioritising and Processing customer orders
- Assisting the Sales team with outlook diaries
- Sales Meeting preparation, Sales Analysis, sending of sales material – including display boards
- Quote Generation & Follow up
- Inputting Sales notes and following up relevant actions
- Checking Stock Availability for customer orders, liaising with the warehouse on outbound and inbound deliveries
- Office Admin Duties
- Business Administration
Knowledge and experience in MS packages are essential, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
