We are looking to recruit two Sales Support Administrators to join our client on a full time, permanent basis. This role is based in Knaresborough and is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow and develop within a business.
The candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service and administrative support, delivering a smooth and efficient process. Our client prides themselves on delivery and outstanding customer service. This role would be suited to a candidate who has a passion for engaging with customers and can multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Speaking to customers and companies on the phone 60% of the day
- Following up on paperwork
- Process payments online.
- Complete any documentation necessary to meet requirements.
- Ensure all documentation and customer files are saved and circulated in line with company procedure.
Customer/other related duties -
- Act as a main point of contact and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
- Liaise with external accountants
- Keep team updated on progress of work
- Respond to and resolve all queries promptly.
You will also work toward KPI'S and take personal responsibility for achieving target.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30 pm and a salary of £23,000, with projected performance related earnings of £28,000.
