We are looking for an outgoing Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our family run, established client near Tockwith. This is a full time position, on a permanent basis. Your own transport is essential owing the the location.
As the first port of call for visitors to the business you will be friendly and personable, thrive in a busy office environment and be a great organiser and multi-tasker. This varied role entails reception duties along with administrative support to across many teams within the business.
The main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Providing a front-of-house service, greeting visitors and signing in
- Manage incoming phone calls, process and action timely and accordingly
- Manage inbound website enquiries, logging them appropriately and providing regular reports as needed.
- Manage meeting room bookings, pool car reservations, and buffet/catering arrangements for meetings or events.
- Supporting general administration across multiple departments, including Sales, Operations, Accounts, and more.
- Assist with office management, liaise with service providers
- Keep shared spaces tidy and well-prepared.
Hours of work - 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 3:30pm on Friday
Salary: £26,000 per annum
