We are looking for a temporary Project Co-ordinator for our client based in Tockwith this will be an ongoing role until January. It is a fast paced role managing several projects at the same time, Excel skills are essential. This client is a market leader in their industry.
Duties will include-
* Booking accommodation and travel arrangements for staff including trains, car hire, flights and hotels and arranging visa's for travel.
* Ensuring all staff are kept aware of any staffing changes
* Raising purchase orders for travel and accommodation
* Liaising with Project Managers to ensure the smooth running of projects.
This role would suit a strong administrator or coordinator from an office/projects background, or someone who has run a back office in retail/leisure but with strong administration and communication skills.
