Our Doncaster based client is looking for a production operative, This is highly successful privately owned business you will be working within a small team. You will be responsible for machinery that offloads product from tankers and distributing into smaller drums. Purpose of this role:
In this role you will be Working closely with the other Production Operatives the purpose of your role is to support the achievement of our production output targets in terms of quantity, quality, and customer service requirements and to ensure all work carried out is in accordance with health & safety and environmental standards.
Main Duties:

To work on filling machines when work is required.

To assist with the Production Supervisors requests in the different areas on site.

To assist in the off-loading of tankers
-
Assist in stock take of materials when requested by Management
-
Help with the cleaning out of IBCs and also keeping on top of the new IBC system to stop the mixture of wrong products.

To help with filling requirements when required across the site

General yard duties, good housekeeping, yard organisation

Carry out work as requested to the required standards and in accordance with training, health & safety, and environmental standards.

Monitor machinery / equipment in the production unit, ensuring any damage / faulty equipment is reported to the shift supervisor / works manager.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Complete require training on production duties, to ensure that output, quality & delivery targets are achieved.

Carry out work as requested to the required standards and in accordance with training, health & safety, and environmental standards.

Observe and follow correct working practices, training, site security and use the standard procedures for reporting, accidents, near misses, absence, production safety and maintenance issues to the shift supervisor / works manager.

Ensuring production down time is kept to a minimum.
Required Qualifactions,Certificates and Training:

Counter/Forklift Licence is desirable

Good numeracy, reading and writing skills.

Manual Handling experience is desirable

Experience of working to Health & Safety and Environmental standards is desirable
Hours change on a rotational weekly basis from 6am to 2.30pm/10am to 6.30pm, 40 Hours Each week £11.86ph
