We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator on a full time, permanent basis for our fantastic client based in Tockwith.
The role will involve all aspects of business administration. Accurate processing of documents is a key factor of the role so excellent attention to details will be required.
Duties will include but not be limited to -

Daily purchase invoice & sales invoice processing

Manage staff expense & mileage claims

Maintain a fully paperless filing system

Answer the phones & greeting visitors onsite

Email & calendar management
-
Organise/manage a meeting room calendar to show availability/ booking in process

Travel booking – installation teams/ senior management
-
Support the project management teams with specific admin tasks required
-
Placing orders with suppliers for goods/ materials / inks / office supplies etc
-
Liaising with courier companies
-
Assist the MD & senior management team with any admin tasks required

Organise staff events
-
Support the MD & senior management team with the planning & implementation of the relocation (New Site 2025)

Holiday cover for the admin assistant on time critical tasks
Required experience & attributes -
-
A sound understanding and well versed in all computer programs (Key programs Microsoft Office, Abode, Xero Accounting ) Sage will also be useful.

A basic understanding of accounts (although training will be provided in full)

Ability to complete time sensitive tasks
Full training on the specific details of the role will be delivered and further opportunities to develop within the company will be available to the right candidate.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weeek. Salary of £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.
