My client is seeking a talented, organised, and motivated administrator to join their fabulous team in Harrogate on a temporary basis. You could be working across a range of services such as reception and hospitality or in the reprographics department, or even working with a specific team within the office. This role involves working alongside professionals every day in a fast-paced environment we guaranteed.
Your remit will include but is not limited to:
- Promptly and efficiently deal with telephone calls
- Deal with any other reception or switchboard duties as required
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Completing filing / e-filing in line with departmental processes and protocols
- File closure administration
- Process all personal papers for storage, including wills, power of attorney and title packets
- All aspects of reprographics
- Extensive use of software packages
As a Multi Services Assistant your role will be varied, however core tasks include electronic and hard copy file management, reprographics, and data related tasks. Whilst no formal qualifications are needed for this role, it is desirable for you to have strong IT skills and knowledge of MS programmes, excellent personal presentation, and communication skills, as well as being able to work well as part of a team.
The working week is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm.
