Our client based near Wetherby are looking for a vibrant enthusiastic adaptable individual that will take the marketing department to the next level. This individual will be responsible to develop and uphold the brand and product within the market as well as internally. The working week is Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. You will need to drive to get the location and you will be based from the office full time. There is no Hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and strategy creation for the department regarding building the brand and generating brand awareness and lead generation alongside Marketing Director. Development of the marketing message to develop the brand and intern create greater brand awareness.
- Online Customer Contact, strategy creation and account reviews and Customer Contact
- Management of Marketing Assistant ensuring deadlines are met and productivity is kept on track.
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation– Including but not limited to: Daily posts to all platforms, increase in engagement and traction and lead generation.
- SEO – Liaise with Web Developers.
- Collaboration with the management team to ensure the brand is represented correctly
- Content Creation - Articles, Brochures, weekly e-shots, Blog and social posts, customer specific material, Monthly campaign material creation
- Content Creation – Video
- Video scripts, planning and ideas for filming/story board, Video filming and editing.
- Photography Editing - Editing product photography, lifestyle images, room settings
- Presenting marketing campaigns to the internal team, including but not limited to new product launches and product campaigns.
- Client Contact – Using the CRM contact customer marketing teams via telephone once a quarter.
- Setting up meeting or zoom with key accounts (Online only) which need face to face contact.
Key Requirements
- Be responsible for the content strategy and ensure messaging is consistent throughout all channels.
- Social media content – Percentage increase in followers and engagement/interactions
- Customer Online Presence - All new products to be uploaded to top 10% of online customers website within 2 weeks.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget and monitor KPIs
- You will need to be able to use the following packages: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign
Our client in return is paying a salary of £35,000p/a to £40,000 p/a depending on experience.
