Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic to join their Customer Service team. They have a fast-paced team environment where the ability to engage with colleagues and customers alike is paramount. They have a professional but down to earth and hardworking environment, in which you will be working mainly alongside the Sales teams to process orders and answer incoming customer communications.
Role Responsibilities:
- Sales order processing and data entry with excellent attention to detail
- Maintaining the highest levels of customer service through incoming and outgoing communication by phone and email
- Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with customers
- Discussing and understanding orders requirements with both colleagues and customers to ensure we meet the client’s request
- Dealing with couriers and outgoing/ incoming delivery enquiries
- Assisting other departments regarding the sales process and to resolve any post-sales issues for customers
- Verifying the validity of customer information
