The Role
• Fully comprehensive training will be provided
• Hours of work are 16 hours per week, working Monday 12pm-4pm, Tuesday 12pm-4pm, Wednesday 11am-3pm and Thursday 11am-3pm.
• Speaking to customers on the phone, who need assistance with their equipment, determine if diagnostic help can be give over the phone to fix the problem straight away or whether a visit from a specialist technician needs to be booked.
• Logging calls and following up on diagnosed calls to ensure great customer service is always given.
About You
• No previous experience needed.
• You will be approachable, helpful, and eager to provide a high level of customer service.
• You will be enthusiastic, confident and unflappable, with excellent verbal communication skills.
• You will be able to effectively use a computer during real-time conversations with customers.
