Our client located in Harrogate are recruiting for a Customer Partnerships Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll build and maintain growth of your allocated area by successfully upselling and cross-selling the company's vast product range.
Responsibilities:
- Order processing
- Dealing with day to day and complex queries
- Answering inbound phone calls, making outbound phone calls to your area
- Team approach to sales group inbox, booking review and growth meetings for current customers
- Contact of inactive current accounts
- Maintaining customer portal accounts, maintaining customer details.
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in:
- Sales target strategies and key performance indicators
- Management of customer accounts
- Proven sales experience, including new or additional business strategies
- Achieving sales targets and delivering against key performance indicators
- Team work
- Customer service and excellent communication
- Problem solving and complaints management
- Word, Excel, e-mail, Sage 200 and CRM.
Hours of work - Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Our client is offering a salary of £27,000 with additional retention based bonus.
