Our client located in Harrogate are recruiting for a Customer Experience Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. By managing key accounts and the highest spenders, you will build and maintain great customer relationships, by regularly liaising with day to contacts and decision makers.
Responsibilities:
- Booking review meetings for team leaders to attend.
- Consult on the use of products across the accounts.
- Answering inbound phone calls in a busy sales office environment and making outbound phone calls to your accounts
- Team approach to a group sales inbox
- Maintaining customer portal accounts & maintaining customer details
- Dealing with complex queries and offering advice on product selection
The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in:
- Sales target strategies and key performance indicators
- Management of customer accounts
- Proven sales experience, including new or additional business strategies
- Achieving sales targets and delivering against key performance indicators
- Team work
- Customer service and excellent communication
- Problem solving and complaints management
- Word, Excel, e-mail, Sage 200 and CRM.
Hours of work - Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Our client is offering a salary of £27,000 OTE £30,000 with additional retention based bonus.
