- Chasing customers for payments by telephone and e-mail, entering notes for sales people to view
- Credit checks on new companies and also for credit limir increases
- Apply for Credit Insurance on overseas accounts as and when required
- Apply to Management for new credit limits and increases when over authorised limit
- Create/authorise new accounts
- Cash allocation (daily)
- Daily RF bank reconciliations
- Keep sales people informed about queries/problems on their accounts
- Monthly run of customers statements, also as and when required
- HSBC monthly reconciliations
- Release of sales orders
- Daily reporting of invoices to bank
- Print/email invoices when required
- Monthly declarations to Credit Insurance company
- Monthly overdue declaration to Credit Insurance Company
It is desirable you have experience in two systems called Sage x3 and Kerridge.
