Our client is looking for a Communications Officer to join their new team based in Harrogate for three months. The role is working Monday - Friday, 37 hours a week. The position focusses heavily on excellent customer service on the phone and via email.
Other responsibilities:
- Building relationships with customers
- Inputting data onto the CRM system
- Speaking to customers on the phone daily
- Responding to emails promptly
- Printing and posting letters and sending emails.
- Making updates to supporter records and fulfilling requests for information
Experience required:
- Customer Service experience
- Computer literate – MS Packages, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Work independently and as a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Good grammar and spelling
- Able to prioritise workload.
