My exclusive client in Wetherby is recruiting for a Business Development Executive. The position is a new role due to the expanding and successful growth in the company. The successful candidate will be required to generate appointments for the sales team to attend, either in person or virtual. There will be an opportunity to develop in this position for the right candidate.
Other responsibilities include:
- Creating new business opportunities through a combination of Phone, Email and Social Media Channels
- Build rapport and establish Media channels
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships
- Maintain accurate records using SalesForce CRM and logging all calls
- Meet and exceed targets
Person Specification :
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- IT skills including a self-sufficiency using a range of software packages
- Strong relationship building skills
- Good understanding of products and services (Training will be given)
- Self-motivated & disciplined with necessary drive and initiative to get the job done
- Structured, organised and resilient with the strength of character to maintain a ‘Can do’ attitude
- Highly motivated with probing tenacity to achieve and exceed objectives
- Naturally strong interpersonal skills forming and maintaining positive relationship at all levels
Ideally you will need a years experience in a similar role. Experience in Software, IT, Telecoms or the Technology industry would be advantageous.
