Our prestigious client based in Tockwith are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator/Secretary to join their small team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in various clerical tasks. This position part time role, ideally Monday to Friday with hours to suit the perfect candidate.
You will perform general administrative duties, including but not limited to -
- Updating data management systems, filing and accounting invoices
- Auditing deal files
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information / refreshments
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals
- Book keeping and reconciling data
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using basic office software such as Microsoft
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Xero or other accounting software is desirable although full training will be provided.
