Our client are recruiting for an experienced Accounts/Office Manager to join their well- established company in Knaresborough.
You will be responsible for both looking after the day to day running of the office and dealing with the accounts.
Responsibilities:
General administrative duties
Sales and Purchase ledger
Credit Control
Maintaining up to date records onto CRM system
Stock Control/collecting information
Processing VAT returns
Generate monthly account end reports
Use of Sage
Key Skills
Working knowledge of Sage
Proficient across Microsoft suite
Good time management skills
Attention to detail
Can do attitude
Monday - Friday 9am -5pm
Salary £26-29k
