Our leading client based in Wetherby is looking to recruit an Account Manager/Sale Consultant, This person will me responsible for inbound enquiries and respond to warm leads via various communication channels. Build and maintain strong client relationships, discussing sales leads with the management team, and address customer inquiries. The focus is on understanding objectives, initiating contact, and onboarding individuals.
Duties include -
- Providing email proposals with in-depth information.
- Attending and participating in investor seminar events
- Connecting high net worth individuals and selling properties in the UK market
- Having a core sales focus
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Answer enquiries relating to services
- Carry out research and prepare material
- Close deals to a mix of clients and investors
You must have -
- Experience within sales is essential (1Year minimum)
- Strong communication skills and organisational skills, efficiency required ensuring everyone is communicated with thoroughly and efficiently throughout all processes.
- Positive mindset and upbeat attitude, bringing value to both clients and the sales team.
- A proactive mentality is a must, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and analyse information
This role is a full time permanent role, office based. Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm Friday 9am -5pm.
